Betty Marie "Hobie" Falatic of 1398 Hazelwood SE, Warren, died December 2, 2009 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. She was born on May 27, 1934, daughter of Michael & Mary Toth.

A graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, she married Howard "Dutch" Falatic in September 1961. Mr. Falatic died March 1996. Mrs. Falatic retired in 1995 after working 40 years as a bookkeeper for Denman Tires Corp in Leavittsburg, Ohio.

She enjoyed gardening, eating out with friends, and her pets. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Debbie Falatic of Warren, a grandson, Jeffrey Falatic of Virginia, a granddaughter, Monica Falatic of North Carolina, and a whole host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Howard, one son, Stephen Falatic, and a brother, Albert Toth, and many precious pets.

A memorial service will take place at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
