Tracy Lynn Rupert, age 41, of Warren, Ohio, died Friday, December 4, 2009 at 2:04 PM, the coroner is investigating.

She was born July 15, 1968 in Warren, Ohio, a daughter of Earl C. Rupert and Barbara Ann McCourt.

Tracy is survived by her mother, Barbara Ann Knoch and her father, Earl C. Rupert both of Warren; two sons, Daniel Blevins, Jr. of Warren, Robert Blevins of Morgantown, WV and one daughter, Emily Hileman of Warren; two grandchildren; one brother, William Rupert of Warren and two sisters, Kimberly Ann Ehlke of Minnesota and Rachel Ann Dunn of Warren.

Memorial services will be held at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home at 7:00 PM, Friday, December 11, 2009, where family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service.
