Obituary:

Nelda Lambert, age 84, of Warren, Ohio, died Monday, December 7, 2009 at 4:33 AM at St. Joseph Health Center.

 

She was born October 10, 1925 in Wymer, WV, the daughter of  the late Arthur and Retta Mae Haddix White. 

 

Mrs. Lambert was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, sewing and cooking.

 

Nelda is survived by one granddaughter, Victoria (Ron) Wargo of Warren and one grandson, James (Barbara) Eakins of Garrettsville; her brother, Clyde White of Lorrain and her sister, Wilma Geary of Vermillion.

 

Other than her parents, Nelda was preceded in death by her husband, James Lambert on April 11, 1986, they were married on October 3, 1942; one daughter, Lula Mae Eakins and one son, Leonard Lambert; and her brother, Howard White.

 

Funeral serivces will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home with Rev. J. Victor Bowling officiating. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service.

 

Burial will be in Meadow Brook Memorial Park, Warren, Ohio.
