Obituary:

     Michele Whorten, 36, went home to be with her Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Aultman Hospital following an extended illness. She was born November 21, 1973 in Warren, Ohio, a daughter of Arthur James Ring and Kathy M. Peterson Ring. 

 

     Michele was a graduate of Bristol High School in 1993 and worked for Extreme Networking Solutions with her husband. She was a former member of the Champion Baptist Church in Warren, Ohio, but had been regularly attending Grace Baptist Church of Canton, Ohio. She enjoyed playing softball, cooking, playing on the computer, taking care of her children, and reading.

 

     In addition to her husband, Eric Whorten, whom she married April 28, 2001, Michele is survived by her parents, Arthur & Kathy Ring, daughters, Ashley M. Whorten and Amber N. Whorten, son, Nicholas A. Whorten, all of Canton, OH; brother, Timothy James (Cindy) Ring of Cortland, OH; nephew, Roy Timothy Ring and niece, Ryleigh Brooklyn Ring, both of whom she loved dearly; and her grandmother, Lonnie M. Peterson. She was preceded in death by her grandfather William M. Peterson.

 

     A memorial service will be held for Michele Starting at 6 pm on Monday, December 21^st, 2009 at the Champion Baptist Church, where Pastor Keith Easton and Dave Ryan will officiate. Arrangements are being handled by Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
