Esta Lucille White, 78, died Thursday, February 4, 2010 at Gillettes Nursing Home. She was born June 16, 1931 in Gassaway, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Mennard Boone and the late Minnie Ross Boone.

Esta attended Tod Avenue United Methodist Church.

Esta is survived by her daughter, Joyce Barker of Cortland, sons, Robert Lee Boone of Warren, Jerry Lee White of Warren, Dexter H. White Jr. of Starke, Florida, and Jimmie O. White of Warren, 9 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Dexter H. White Sr., 5 brothers, 3 sisters and a granddaughter.

Services will be held for Esta at 1:30 PM on Monday, February 8, 2010 at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where Pastor James Dittmar will officiate. Friends may call from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Sunday, February 7, 2010 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
