Obituary:

Louise K. Gleason, age 73, of Warren, Ohio died Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital at 2:42 AM.

 

She was born December 29, 1936 in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of the late Crell and Bernice Bushnell Kayser. 

 

Louise was a graduate of Leavittsburg High School and retired after 31 years of service from Packard Electric and was a member of the Leavittsburg Community Church.

 

Mrs. Gleason enjoyed pro-wrestling, ballroom dancing and crocheting.

 

She is survived by her sons, Frederick (Marla) Speerstra of Leavittsburg, Brian Gleason of Warren and David (Sue) Gleason of Easton, Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, Bobijo and Adam Speerstra, Tiffany Gleason-Gearheart and Connor Gleason; two sisters, Irene (Claude) Pruitt and Jackie (Ronald) Boggs both of Leavittsburg.

 

Other than her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her son, Patrick Gleason and her daughter, Denise Gleason.

 

Family and friends may visit at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home from 6-8 PM, Thursday, February 18, 2010.

 

Funeral services will take place at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 19, 2010 at the First Community Church of Leavittsburg with Pastor John Jaros officiating. Family and friends may also visit one hour prior to the service at the church.

 

Burial will be in the Pine Knoll Cemetery, Warren Township, Ohio.

 

Memorial contributions may be made to the church building fund.
