Carl R. Barnett Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer

Carl R. Barnett is the son of the late Dr. Robert W. and Carlie Hall Barnett and is a grandson of our founders, the late Carl W. and Margarite A. Hall. He is a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, Youngstown State University and Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.

Carl is a licensed funeral director, embalmer and insurance agent who has worked at the funeral home since 1976.

He attends Calvery Bible Church and is a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association, Ohio Embalmers Association, National Funeral Directors Association, Farm Bureau and the National Rifle Association.

He enjoys woodworking, farming, boating, off roading, shooting and helping with 4H.

Carl is married to the former Kandy K. Kochemba and has a daughter, Kate and two sons, Joseph and Benjamin (Laura) Barnett, grandsons Weston and Griffin, and granddaughter Emmaline Rose.

Mark Lewis Hall Licensed Funeral Director

A grandson of Carl W. Hall, founder of the funeral home and son of Mark Liggett Hall and the former Marilyn Miller, Mark represents, along with his cousin Carl R. Barnett the 3rd generation of the Hall Family providing funeral service in the Trumbull County area.

Mark graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 1971 and went on to graduate from Heidelberg College in Tiffin Ohio in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.  He completed his Mortuary Science training at the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1976.

He along with his wife, the former Monica Canzonetta has two daughters, Megan (Kyle) Adams and their daughter August and son Abram of Findlay, Ohio and Regina Hall of Columbus.  Mark is a member of the Higher Praise Covenant Church in Warren, the Ohio Funeral Directors Association and the Ohio Embalmers Association.  In his spare time he enjoys playing the guitar and fishing.

Mark graduated from Maplewood High School in 2006; went on to get a Bachelors degree from Youngstown State University with strong focuses in Business and Engineering. Mark finished his education at Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2010.

Mark is married to the former Angela Sherokee. When not driving his wife crazy, Mark enjoys fishing, swimming, reading, and traveling.

He then graduated from Thiel College with a Bachelors degree in Business, and graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2018. 

 

 

He attends North Mar Church. In his free time he enjoys working on vehicles, riding dirt bikes, snow skiing, wakeboarding and target shooting.
