At the Carl W. Hall funeral home, you will be greeted by kind and friendly funeral professionals with a sincere willingness to arrange services according to your wishes.
It is important to us that the services you select are meaningful and comforting to your family and friends. The facilities that a funeral home has to offer play an important role in providing a meaningful and comforting service.
One of the highlights of our funeral home is a formal chapel that can comfortably seat 120 people along with the ability to provide additional overflow seating. A recently updated sound system with cassette tape, CD, DVD and video capabilities allow us to offer music and video options which can make any service more personal and meaningful. The chapel also has an organ and piano available for live music provided by our own organist or any other musician/vocalist. There are large tastefully decorated visitation rooms, which allow multiple simultaneous calling hours. We provide tables and easels so that photos and other personal items can be displayed. Our sound system provides the ability for us to play different music simultaneously in each of our visitation areas.
Outside, ample parking is provided that stretches one whole block and has access from three streets. The funeral home is handicap accessible via a ramp and an elevator, with restrooms in the basement and on the main floor. A large portico covers the handicap ramp and rear entrance to the building offering convenient entrance and exit of the building during inclement weather. There is a sitting area outside with benches where folks can sit, chat and smoke. We also have an onsite crematory. Many families choosing cremation find it comforting to know that the remains of their loved one will never leave our care. We invite anyone to come and see our facility. We will be happy to answer any questions about our services, prices or discuss how you can pre-plan a funeral.
